Row 1: Turn and go down on count 1. Spin up on 7, be there by 8
Row 2: Turn and go down on count 2. Spin up on 6, be there by 7
Row 3: Turn and go down on count 3, Spin up on 5, be there by 6
Row 4: Spin on 4, be there by 5
